Five (!) new names in Volume 16 Chapter 4.

First should be something close to Giltorre Antalk (something-アントーク), first appears about halfway through the chapter and appears many times throughout.

Second is an Electronic Fairy, romanized something like Amadun, which first appears about 60% through the chapter and appears a few other times.

Third, fourth, and fifth are Electronic Fairies with ridiculous names that I have no good idea of. They are written very close together at around the 75% mark.

A term comes up earlier in the chapter, Graven (グラーヴェン), I'm pretty sure it's a name and it comes up around a conversation with Haia and Karian. Looks to be Karian and Felli's father.

Shutania is a companion of Karian, I think it's explained in the chapter. Should be her first appearance.

I dissected her name and it actually reads as Stania (in German->Japanese transliteration, they write Sta (pronounced Shta) as シュター　(reference: Stasi シュタージ).

I'll add her to terms, any idea where her last name shows up if at all?

I went through the portion of the chapter that Blewin translated (it's the only portion that has Stania) and her last name doesn't appear. Oh well, it'll come later.

No new character names in Vol16 Ch5, but there are a number of technique names. The English translations for techniques are pretty unconstrained, but I'd at least like it to mirror the Japanese somewhat.

连弹 - Successive Blast. First appears 25% through the chapter.

叠闪断 - Continuous Flash. Around 30%.

追击 - Striking Pursuit. Also around 30%.

叠焰切 - Successive Flame Cut. 55%.

缲弦曲·魔弹 - Sougenkyouku Madan. 60%. Left this unromanized as per the other Sougenkyouku moves on Names+Terminology.

雷帝槌 - Lightning God's Hammer. 66%.

缲弦曲·薙蜘蛛 - Sougenkyouku Nagikumo. 85%. Also unromanized.

Edit: Just finished Vol16 Epilogue. Only thing new is Mifi's nickname for Vati that first shows up about a third of the way through. I don't know to romanize it, so I left it as 'Vaati' for find-and-replacing.

This version of her name is weird. In the scans, it uses a small Hiragana つ rather than the usual katakana. It's either a typo that was missed or if it was intentional, I have no idea why.

Awesome as always, Xstar. Only suggestion I have is that we remove the 'burst' from 'External-type burst Kei, Composite Blast variant'. I think Flame Cut isn't burst Kei, and there isn't any precedent set for burst Kei variants.

The burst part of the term was more of the physical properties of Kei being energy projectiles or ranged implements with destructive force. If you consider the Compound Sendan, it's an energy blade fired in a line resulting in objects melted in its path. I do agree with you though and will remove the burst part of the term due to redundancy with the secondary blast component.

Do we want to capitalize Psychokinesist? I believe in all earlier chapters it's been left uncapitalized, though it makes some sense to capitalize it.

I'll further generalize the rules later to make them more intuitive for the unique cases in the future.
