Well what I was trying to say behind the lines is I would really prefer they add some anime-original episodes in (I'm not saying filler, because they should be interesting episodes!) because I really want to see the world I like so much animated.

But realistically 6 eps for each part seems like it'll be enough to fit most of the details in. *sigh*

Oh god my biggest fear.

As happy as I am to see SAO get the attention it deserves, I really don't think SAO works in anime-block format. It needs a movie, not an anime in which they're far too likely to butcher the story.
Sadly the only studio I'd trust with SAO anime series is Ufotable.

SAO arc could be in movie format, you're right. Though others could perfectly fit a series featuring 4-eps by volume.

They better not animate anything related to chapter 16.5 of Vol 1.

Probably not since 16.5 isnt part of the book - and as long as they dont add unnecessary fan service instead...

Im sure it wont be too bad. I hear its a 24 ep series starting in July so they should have enough time to play it out. I dont know if they'll fit it all but Maybe up to Fairy Dance or Phantom Bullet

Just incase you haven't been checking, there's been an update for both the Accel World and SAO anime websites. =D

Just look at the website and you'll see how it's coming along with the animation style. I like it the way it is right now.

Reposting PV here:

I still have a problem with the Working! character designs
Looking at this makes me feel that volume 1 is still the best in the entire series.

Well thankfully it seems the anime covers both volume 1 and 2 though I seem to suspect from the trailer since a boss looks like a giant kobold the Aria volume is covered too. Just happy Aincrad is being expanded a bit without the plot being rushed to finish it and head to ALO which probably won't be covered until a season 2

Oh, looks like they are putting in Aria side story. That last part 1st floor boss fight has a lot of scenes.

pv was awesome. I'm not sure I like Kirito's voice since I imagined his voice lower. Asuna sounds great. I thought the music in the trailer was pretty awesome, then found out that Yuki Kaijura is composing for the anime, which makes me really excited. Looking forward to it.
