Now you got me curious too! Hmm...It looks like a bag to me. Could it be XaXa or Johnny Black? Can you give us a hint or something? Like is it a character from Aincrad or Fairy Dance?

The size, shape, placement, and color seems to rule out a lot of options, in my opinion. (For example, it's not really the right place to be part of someone's shoulder or hair). Maybe it's part of whoever is taking the picture; the corner of a sleeve, or a gloved finger.

The only character I can think of is Johnny Black because of his paper bag like hat...like the illustration from volume 8. But it would be weird to have him in the illustration though...so I doubt it's him. But then who is it?! D:

in the end card of last episode of the anime, something is covering Recon's right leg image (bottom left). it almost looks his pants actually, except his pants didn't look like that
If your anime eps didn't have the end card, search it in google should give you the end card in question

maybe you're right. I did think it's him, but when I see the line part (the line that connected the tip of the paper bag and his eyes), there's nothing like that in the end card though. then again maybe it's the back side of his paper bag

No Cradil, no PoH, no XaXa on that card... and you think that'd be Johnny Black?

Well, Johnny Black IS a little bit more important than the other PoH members later on in the volumes...foreshadowing?

More important than XaXa? Doubt that...

Yeah, I know it's weird if it's Johnny Black. That's why I don't think it's him either... I am only attempting to match the brown corner to whatever I can here. LOL

I still think XaXa would be more important of a foreshadowing in the anime case. I am not saying that Johnny Black isn't but his role is important (kinda) later on.
