Since Volume 5 hasn't been fully translated yet, yet volume 6 has, I just wanted to ask with what is currently translated from volume 5 could I read volume 6 without being completely lost?
IF not I will patiently await volume 5's completion. I just really got into this series recently and am dying to know what happens next.
Can I read Volume 6 of SAO without finishing Volume 5

I, and many others skipped ahead and read vol.6 without any problem. Throughout volume 6, author wrote some recap of what happened in vol.5 so you won't be lost at what was going on. Yes, we'll miss the details until chapter 6&7 are done, but it's fine to skip them and go ahead with vol.6 for now.
