Sorry for saying this, but I have to say it: today I learned the epitome of 'annoying' from you.
To think that I was peeved with the people complaining about Haganai not getting updates.
It seems like humans get exceedingly annoying when you spoil them.

When you start giving a beggar $100 one day, the next day, the beggar will come asking you for $200. Once you give $200, he'll ask for $400. Once this keeps up, you'll be in trouble.

Obviously, the best way will be to teach the beggar how to earn $100 for himself so that he can multiply his earnings and be a contributor instead of being a load.

Okay, that was paraphrased from our Minister Mentor here in Singapore, which I find to be a little apt here.

And you think we had it bad here, Lare? I got questions asking me when the translations for volume 8 of Infinite Stratos will be done...

Yeah, a little more and I'm going to breaking point. Can't I even spend the day relaxing by catching up 200 chapters of Fairy Tail?

if you check the project page properly, you would know that it was updated 2 days ago. and volume 1 was translated in 2 weeks. if you look at the other projects, this is pretty much an impossible speed unless it has a Teh_Ping, js06 or a YoakeNoHikari in the "Translators List". meaning it's probably the fastest speed ever (aside from HnA or Index or whatever Teh_Ping is working) and you guys are complaining about no updates for 2 days? When most of the projects take a month or two to finish a chapter (a chapter, not a volume)? even leechers should educate themselves about what leeching is all about. :?

@Ping, you should just troll them and write your own volume 8. that'll be really fun

Unfortunately, such speeds are impossible in the current period. My studies have to take priority.

Aside, I love when people ask when something is going to be updated. It's so gratifying to know that people appreciate the endless amounts of time all translators have. It just serves to boost my vainglory, (I learned this word from Horizon. It was a lifechanging moment when I learned an English word from a Japanese book. Yes, I had to use it.)

Or they don't even get completed.

I've already planned this, next April will be Baka Test rush. (depending on what part-time work I get)
