Just curious, is this an on-going project? Seems everything on a halt after vol7 o.O That would sadden me though this is one of my favorite LN on Baka-tsu

Wow! I'm surprised. I don't understand why parents have such a hard time about these things. Maybe I'm just way too open-minded.

I guess I should add to that for a small explaination. I'm a dad myself, my daughter's 14yo. More than likely she got her hobbies from me, like anime, manga, FPS games and MMOs. Sometimes I wonder if all I did was lead her astray.

I work on fansubs too when I have time, so can can kinda see where falcolobo's issues can come into play since typesetting is just as time consuming as TL'ing. But with TL'ing light novels it can be a bit easier to conceal since having it on a screen, visible to all, isn't necessary. School and family should take some priority or some important people or things can be lost.

So I wish all of you who need it, all possible luck with coming to terms, and hopefully, understanding about these things.

Just wondering, how old are most of the translators? Maybe because i have quite a lot of freedom for a teenager I find it a bit strange that your parents can actually stop you from translating. It's not anything particularly bad is it? Try talking to them rationally about it. All the best with your situation Hikari, we will be waiting for your return

I thought that might have been the case. Studies is important after all but I don't think the laptop should be confiscated though.. (I'm below 18 as well and my parents would be concerned if I spent too much time on other things).

Hikari is still translating it as far as I know, just wait patiently, there are plenty of other novels for you to read in the mean time
