The colors are as follows:
Highlighted: It's for the translator to express feeling about the meaning of the translated sentence, in direct relation with the context of the whole text.
Highlighted fucsia: Feeling that the sentence needs SERIOUS revising and/or rewriting.
Highlighted yellow: COMPREHENSIVE
Highlighted light green 1: MILD

Text Color:
Blue: For TLC changes.

Please post this forum topic If you'd like to add a color, the color meaning, and also add a brief comment in the first row of column 3. Same if you'd like to work a part. Also it would be very nice if you post your ETC.

On the other hand, I have conceived the following breakdowns in parts 2 and 3.
Part 2 (16½ pages):
Part 2.1, p. 144-151, 8 pages + 8 lines from page 151
Part 2.2, p. 151-161, 8 + 8p + 7
Part 3 (37 pages):
Part 3.1, p. 161-170, 7 lines from page 161 + 8 pages + 5 lines from page 170
Part 3.2, p. 170-177, 11 + 6p - 3
Part 3.3, p. 177-185, 3 + 6p - 4
Part 3.4, p. 185-193, 4 + 7p + 8
Part 3.5, p. 193-200, 8 + 5p - 2

Assuming Seitsuki is working on Part 2, I'll continue backwards and offline with Part 3.5. My ETC is about 2-3 days from this post, then update the file, then post a "keep-alive" here (and of course, then let you know what part I'd like to continue).

Thus i wanna test if my translation is still up to scratch before i volunteer myself to help the translators...

If not, I will commence work on Volume 14 Chapter 4. Circumstances had led me to believe that Volume 14 had not been translated into Chinese, but that is no longer the case.

EDIT: Never mind, should check the Registration page first. However, I don't see "completed" next to Chapter 4. Have you finished Volume 14 besides for Chapter 3 already? Nicely done!

SASHIKO has confirmed chapter 4 was done. I don't think it was updated like chapter two wasn't updated he is just waiting to release the chapters linearly.

The Miyuki scene is about 2 pages, it's pretty straightforward, not too many emotions , with poor Minami being subjugated to the hot water

I'll continue with part 3.4. My ETC this time is 2 to 5 days.
