Taking a quick look at what I have of the new v1/v2, it seems CHOCO has illustrated different scenes in the internal B&W pictures of the first couple of volumes; and there appear to be slightly more of them. Anyway, it means it's not going to be a simple 1:1 replacement and someone's going to have to go through and match up dialogue with pages.
Hopefully there hasn't been any major rewrites. At least the colour pages haven't been changed much (basically same scene, different 'angle').
I wonder if the best solution is just to have a single Illustrations page with H3 headings for both Okiura and CHOCO, and a gallery under each, and then just embed both sets of the internal B&W images within the main text. That way we don't have to try and maintain two separate versions of the main content pages for what is hopefully identical text.
It wouldn't surprise me if you were really masochistic you could do something with the wiki macro/templating system to generate two 'Full Text' pages, one with only the Okiura pictures, and one with only the CHOCO ones.
