Oh thanks for pointing those out. Admittedly volumes 8-9 are really rough around the edges. I'll keep in mind what you pointed out when I run through them again so I can make PDFs out of them.

So we can expect to see PDF/ePubs in the future?Spyro wrote:I'm just keeping it to my site. Turns out, it's a lot of effort formatting the text so it works on both sites. Of course, I won't mind if someone else does it for me.hollowkiller wrote:
Will you still upload each volume to BT after you finish translating each volume or are they going to be in just your site from now on?
I'll be making PDFs eventually. Have a template ready to go, but it'll be a while since I want to run through all my translations again.Crimsonbreaker13 wrote:Is ther a pdf file for voulme 7.5?

Thanks for the translations, really appreciate the hard work! I read one of the replies on this thread where the anime ended in Volume 6, at the same time, people said that many scenes and convos were left out (which were not shown in the anime)? Are the missing scenes compared to the anime has any big significant, including the missing convos?
So... Is it recommended to just go and read Vol 7 or read Vol 1 - 6?

The anime covers volumes 1-6 of the light novels. Some stuff does get left out, but the anime does a good job of capturing the important moments. If you wanted to pick up the light novels staring with 7, you can do so seamlessly without trouble after having watched the first season of the anime.
That said, the anime obviously cannot easily capture lots of the (arguably repetitive) internal monologues of Hachiman. That might be an argument in favor of the anime over the light novels, depending on your sensibilities.
The translations are actually half decent, and it's reasonably well written for a light novel. If reading 'Young Adult' lit isn't something your normally enjoy, however, you probably won't enjoy Oregairu given the prose has the same qualities many find problematic in that genre.
I hope this helps.

Ah, wow - now I could see that the prologue is a picture of the musical program - I wonder what did change to before, where I could only see the comments...

Just a note, I moved posts about PDFs and the like into a new thread here viewtopic.php?f=73&t=10948
So that's where you should go when looking for or posting PDFs.
