Well, what do you expect?

I'm getting tired of this where almost all the light novels I read are getting licensed and having their translation stopped. I'm not against paying the authors but waiting 4 years for new volumes is excruciating.

I'd just like to point out, that despite the news piece on the ANN site, Yen Press has actually not released an official statment on their own site about getting publishing rights, and SNAFU is not listed among the series they are publishing.

It does't seem at all strange to me. There were multiple licenses they announced at that con, and I none of them got a statement on their site. It doesn't seem like they put all that much effort into their site.

I hate it as well. But seriously, if people can unofficially translate them at quite a good pace then it shouldnt take companies years to put out one or two volumes. Their hurting their own business.
