What's Happening with Volume 11??

Anybody know why Volume 11 translation is taking so long?? On the website, it says some of the chapters are translated with (100%) written but you can't open them??
Really curious to find out what happens!!

.............Long? It's only been 1 month since the volume's release.....and can you read the registration page for the (100%)?
