Basically I would vote for anything that is simple, easy-to-understand, and provides a good place for reading/editting.
Recall: Members of B-T are constantly changing, so it must be simple for new members to know how to upload translations etc, readers to be able to look at the screen for a prolonged period and be happy about it, editors to be able to edit easily (ask them for comments?)
Simply just think in the shoes of the different users and maybe ask around for suggestions/comments, then you can come up with a good interface i am sure. Thanks for the effort! It shall be greatly appreciated!!
