Some projects don't work on bakareader. For example, Tsukumodo. The project supervisor posted on the talk page:

Yeah, I suspect it's because I'm using "Tsukumodo:" for the namespace of the pages and not "Tsukumodo Antique Shop:", but I'm not going to change that. The BakaReader is pretty much dead, anyway. EusthEnoptEron 03:05, 1 August 2012 (CDT)

If this is the case, the app needs updating to handle some of these mappings. Is the project still active? If not, can it be open sourced so that others can make bug fixes?

Hi, I'm not sure if this has been mentioned already but I'd like to suggest putting in an option to control the volume of the notification sound, to be able to set a specific volume level or just a vibrate only option.

I am aware that you can toggle check for updates off but that defeats the point of me having the app to allow me to see updates to stuff on my watch list.

Thanks in advance for any help you can give on this. :)

Monogatari series is not showing other chapters after the first two. Not sure if there is anyone to work on these problems since its been an error from the beginning of the year, but I'll post it here first.

Just saying, but I can't find the other novels above Dantalian Shoka meaning, 7 Nights, AW, Simple Survey, Asura Cryin', Baccano!, Baka Test, Haganai, Dokuro-chan, Campione!, Chrome Shelled Regios, C3 and Dai Densetsu are missing (Checked it on both Novel List and Watch list, re-installed, removed cache, etc etc, still got nothing)

Any ideas what happened?

Hi guys, a few questions...

Can you download the novels using this app and save it so you can read it offline, or do you have to be online when you read it??
Which is better reading using this app or downloading it at pdf or other format and then reading it using that??

Thanks.

For the most part, I've got several of the chapters that I want to read, on the other hand, it seems for some series, I get the message: "Error: Unable to connect to Baka-Tsuki"

This is unfortunate when I want to read a few specific series here and there. I have a 1 hour commute from bus, to train, to bus again and I spend this time reading.
The series that do this that I'm aware of:
Dai Densetsu no Yuusha no Densetsu
Kampfer
Kokoro Connect (This one in particular)
Welcome to the N.H.K!

On another note, I dont suppose you could upload C.E Translation's "Sayonara Piano Sonata" Again, I'm on public transit with no internet connection and would like to read this on the train as well.

Sometimes when I go on the novel list, some of the series disappear from the listing and from the watch list (series above Dantalian no shoka). To get those again I have to reboot the phone but then I have to re-download the ones that I had already got.

Must I re-install the App or is it a bug that will be corrected in a future update ?

Hello! I would like to report an interface minor bug.

Description: The navigation buttons in each chapter "Return to Main Page" and "Forward to <<next chapter>>" don't work.
System: I tried with a tablet AIRIS OnePad 970. Opera browser and Android native browser.
How to reproduce: in this system, in each chapter, the navigation buttons simply aren't interactive. Instead are recognized as simple text.

Hope it can be useful! Thanks for this amazing app.

Could you create a metro app for Windows 8 as well?
