I can't find a thread who ask for a thumbnail nor a vote to decide the thumbnail.
I don't consider a decision made in less than two days by a few post lost in the general discussion thread as a valid decision to choose the thumbnail.
Considering the fact that it's not a democracy, I would think the Project Supervisor's decision is the only sufficient and necessary condition.

That makes it even worse....that means it's just the admin's decision...
Although, can you two please take this discussion elsewhere? This isn't something the admins need to do.
If you wish for a vote, then create a thread and have more than one submission. Then post telling them to do it....otherwise the current setting is fine.

Votes usually are for when there are more than a single favourable thumb, and it's not the case for Campione.
But since we have only one entry and no one rejected it, it's fine, I think.

Hmm, I suppose there aren't any rules published about decisions like this. Perhaps now might be the time to write down a formalized process?
Well, since it is the wiki supervisor who applies for the subforum, one might expect them to have some responsibility for the resulting subforum. If not, so be it, we'll hold a poll if that will satisfy more people. I have no objections.

One entry? There was 8 thumbnails suggested.
And how could you have more entries when the decision is made in 31 hours during a holiday period, lost in a general discussion thread?
Conveniently, that thumbnail will have to be removed anyways, due to it being on HS DxD and not Campione's subforum.
I've only seen one; however, that might just be because it's 5a.m. If there were more submissions, then by all means, create a poll allowing people to choose the one they wish to represent the subforum.
Let that be it in this thread until there is a winner. (Then, obviously post here on which one to use.....or wait for an admin to see it)

Ah yes. But before that, I need to check, consolidate and assemble all the threads from the other forums that should go into the new subforums wherever they have been missed. It'll be great if someone can help me do that.
Bicube, is it possible To have all projects subforums and the teaser section moderated the same way as the future projects suggestion and the Aux. brigade?
