This series is really addictive~ (below is spoiler free so anyone can read just fine)
Read up up to the end of the seventh arc, and currently reading the SS ookami to tamashii.
Will read the kimitoasamade in the following months and order the 8th arc when it's completely published ( June).
I really enjoyed the last arc btw; that war was freaking epic. Hexagone française really has tons of interesting characters around. And Yoshiyasu really changed, and is likable now too. Talking about character I became fond of, I really like Mogami. That nine tailed fox is both fun to have around with her talking salmon Sakenobe (sake...nobe~) mouse, and she's both loyal, friendly, smart and... badass when fighting. Talking about badass in the last arc, Hexagone Française's strategist is something else. His strategies with ships are something else entirely. That was crazy. That and the french forest guard is awesome too. And so on. I like that new duo appearing in the 7-C volume on the opponent side as well. That's an interesting combination, I hope to see them more in the future~

Really looking forward to the next arc as well. A really important event is closing in now. I wonder if we're getting a new couple formed with one Musashi character next time? It has been a while since we got a new one now. It's about time some of those girls get a nice boyfriend too~

Figured this would have an ePUB up by the time I finished Owari 6A though I'm starting to wonder. What is exactly involved in going from the raw text on the web to an epub?

I don't know, maybe they want to edit it more before going to that step?

Is Horizon a direct sequel to Owari or just spiritual?

It's a sequel happening thousands of year afterwards in the same world. Same goes for City series, again, those are thousands of years after KyouHora.
They are technically linked, and you'll see very quickly if you read both some of the concept in KyouHora comes from OnC.

Now, their timelines are so far apart from each other that you can read any of Kawakami's series first. It's not the same characters, and one won't spoil you the other, and there is no necessary knowledge to have before reading each. If you want to start by OnC, it's good, but if yo uwant to start by KyouHora, there's no problem either. Same if you want to read both at the same times (this may actually gives the most interesting results as you'll have an easy time making interesting parallels between the two)

I see, thanks. I'll probably read them both interchangeably. In any case, it's gonna be a very long read nonetheless.

This series makes me want to really improve my Japanese enough so I can read this at a good pace without a dictionary. Laziness tells me to just sit for an english translation ahaha.

Real props to the translator...(s) Js06 for amazing perseverance. Thanks. (Addition: Wow, I looked at the other Kawakami stories just now and Js06's the only one translating ALL of these, way to go.)

Not complaining but that full text page for 3B seems to be taking a while to compile, maybe an editor can do it?
