Your right it seem that the manga adaptation is same that I'm hoping for anime adaption like the other light novel. To get a anime adaptation can cost millions, so this light novel need more income for the author/publisher. It just like this:

Light novel income + Manga income = Anime Adaptation
and
Light novel income + Manga income + Anime income = New Season

That's I'm thinking how the light novels and manga get anime adaptation, however I'm not sure if that's correct how the light novels and manga get anime adaptation/

Good LN! One thing I do wish would change about it though is the MC... He has the potential to be awesome but he always does things halfway, except for fights, one of the most obvious cases of this would be when he's teasing the girls. He gets on a role but when he sees one of them start to tear up or something, then the girls get ticked and he gets burnt to a crisp
he needs to take notes from the MC of the manga Trinity Seven: 7-Nin no Mahoutsukai

A new/different translator started volume 5. There are already multiple translators signed up and working on the next few chapters in volume 4, so I think it makes sense to start on a new volume in this case. Of course, the new translator may simply have wanted to start there, which is a better reason than any other.

Wanted to avoid the chaos. Plus it is nice to claim a volume for yourself. I speak for the translator working on this. Currently I hold the translations to more of volume 5 but they won't be release for a while due to school (for the translator) and I have to edit the translations.

Hello this is Sniper221 and Vermiculo, we would like to inform you that we have exams this week and would not be able to translate/ edit/ post the Light novel volumes
but it will be posted latest by December 26th.

I haven't seen anything else (not that I'm the best person to answer). I was assuming that their missed projected release date and absence was due to the holidays/travel, and they would be likely to resume once returning to school. But that's pure unfounded speculation on my part.
