As is the situation of volumes 4 and 5? I'm looking forward to continue reading and wanted to know if you are working in them.

The only thing I'm wondering about is why it's not appearing on the updates list, but that's fairly inconsequential...

@Hiyono: I'm using all the free time I would game with to translate. All the events I was online for ended so I suddenly don't have to log on (for the most part).

I would say it's done considering they fight Death Gaze in chapter 3.

About the elementaler issue, I think the origin of that word is the author's (or someone in the editing department's) attempt to sound German. Elemental -> Elementar in German.

I remember talking to the translator for the manga adoption about this, and we both agreed that spirit contractor wasn't a good term to use. In the end, we choose Spiritualist over Elementalist for reasons I can't remember now.

i remember that last year the translation was around 25% done, and its the same as back then, also you just have to read all the comments on the discussion page of vol 4 chapter 2 to know that some people are saying that they know that the chapter its not done

On the same page the translator says that it's complete.

I looked into the chapter 2 thing and it's definitely complete. The last few lines in the translation match up perfectly with the RAWs.

On another note, whew! I finally figured out that I had forgotten to format all the furigana so I figured out how to and patched up all the chapters I released with actual furigana. It looks so much better :D.

You guy's haven't noticed the main character's name right? If you replace a few letters it would be just like the main character of Sword art online
first two and last letters of both the first name and last name is the same. :D

You are progressing really fast.

Anyway with regards to furigana, I've plans to rid it completely as part of my plans to rework the series, this will also include changing spirit to elemental. I'll be experimenting with Vol 1, as well as fixing stuff that I have been dissatisfied with.

lol aurega. also, I'm of the opinion of sticking with spirit contractors since they're literal translations of the original and hence are not wrong. but it's really up to the supervisor's decision. (maybe because the elementals really feel more spiritual in nature to me. actual furigana also feels great too.)
I had planned to work on both this and DAL but tentatively it's DAL first before this, and even more so since there's a tl-er for this already. besides, I'm horribly slow as I've stated so many times before. Mizuho is much faster *o*

I feel furigana doesn't work too well for English(what are the readers supposed to read, what's sound and what's not. And, I don't like how unEnglish-like it is. It kind of breaks the flow of reading)

The script for furigana doesn't work very well for quite a few browsers during word-wrap.

@Chancs, come on, you can do it, if I recall, you're just left with a few pages.
