BTW, IIRC you read them in Chinese? Does the Chinese version already have the 17 volumes or not?

The Chinese version of Volume 13 was published by Kadokawa Taiwan back in October 2013.

No news of Volume 14 yet and since it's not on the February list, the earliest it could come out is March.
A rather cruel cliffhanger indeed.

So you'll be stopped soon in your translation because of that then. Even if the 14 comes out before you finish translating the 13, the last three will be missing.
Those last three kinda form a single arc (even though the author consider the volume 15 o not be part of the final arc, the final arc is the direct consequence and follow up directly the volume 15) as well BTW, let's hope they do not take too much time to translate them then .

Thanks for your work so far zzhk, i read the first 11 volumes and this series, and it's getting better and better. Seems like you're catching up with the chinese edition, I hope volume 14 will be published before you finish the 13th volume to avoid waiting for the end of the arc.

The publication interval does vary. There has been occasional stretches of 2 month intervals, so in the the best case scenario, V17 might be out in August. On the other hand, V9 and V10 were separated by 7 months. It probably just depends on how much priority the publisher assigns to series.

Just finished the 12th volume.

I want to be clear. I almost died here. The first half of the volume is too much for me to handle. I laughed so hard I almost lost my voice, what the hell with all this situations XD
The second half also was very interesting, like always for Fear's development, and the cliffhanger at the end left me with the urge to scream " AT LAST ! "
I'll wait for the second part of the story as long as it takes. This series is really one of my favorite LN

If you're looking for laughs, V13's short stories will have plenty of them. In fact, V13 turns out to be the longest volume.
