Clarification of a sentence?

It is now the second half of November, where fatigue has taken over the whole body after the end of the school festival.

Is Kyon refering to his body? Or something like 'the whole student body'? If a translator could clarify, that would be very helpful. Thanks

Kyon was referring to himself. So yes, his body.

Perhaps "...my whole body..." instead?
