"The chairs are twin-seaters, so for fairness, let's RPS over them!"
Either I'm a Naruto Illiterate, or I'm so 'tarded, I don't know what RPS means.

All in all... Define 'RPS', please.

Ooh, another one...
Haruhi's noise level is so high that should she be doing this close to my home, the neighbors would be up in arms. The question is that there is no answer so far.
Original above, editted below. Compare.

you got me there, have no idea what "RPS" means,

the other edit,

good catch with the first comma, but you missed the second sentence which also needed one.
the question is that, there is no answer so far.

as for the other one, there is or there's

same thing.

what ever works really.

Shouldn't it be "janken" in any case?

Since, you know, the Japanese invented the game and all.

Should that be a semicolon?

In all honesty, when I first read that, I misread it as "RTS" and had a flash of them settling down to a game of C&C or some JP equivalent. When I went back and re-read it, it took me a second to puzzle it out, since I'd never heard anyone refer to it as anything other than (rarely) "roshambo" (not the South Park version), "Rock, Paper, Scissors" (of course), or the Japanese equivalent, which is...

Agreed, changed, and wiki-linked for the uninitiated. Barring a translator saying the original term used wasn't "Janken", I think it's a safe change.

I feel that not everyone is going to be able to figure out "RPS", so I think we should expand that.

And okay, that semicolon is fine. Unless there's more squabbling over it...

Actually, I think the comma should come after "that".

The comma after 'that' is perfect. That's what sense I made out of it.

Haruhi's noise level is so high, that - should she be doing this close to home - the neighbors would be up in arms.

Maybe this'll work better?
