hehe actually i'm brazilian (portuguese is the language)
but actually there is really few people who speak portuguese here...
well about the novel i'm really curious about it since i never saw a korean novel being translate here on baka tsuki...
so it might not be a bad a idea...
Wow I never knew there was an I'd novel. A few years ago I worked as editor for the manwha group kmts or I guess now they became a-team. I also introduce the ID project to the team. After reading the manwha and novel, I must say the novel is far more detailed and interesting than the manwha. AT Kenny(illustrator for the manwha) is an action guy, I like some of his jokes and work, but he skipped about 30-40% of the dialogue and background info in the manwha. I hope the novel gets picked up. The series is an interesting read. I must admit it has the cliche powerful hero vs villains but it is one of my fantasies to see eastern king fu mix with European magic and dragons.
isn't it strange that Korean light novels/manhwa gotten popular because of their genre supernatural/sci-fi? For example (off-topic a little), Freezing is mainly made up of sci-fi element and i can say its quite popular among us. I don't really understand why through but can anyone guess? Btw, this ID looks quite interesting, taking a peek later~
My feelings for this manga is between hate and really hate.
Yes, mangas are full of overpowered heroes, but ID goes BEYOND anything I ever seen. The whole show is like "Id show off while everyone else watch him pwnz" . I feel even Dragon Ball Z had better character development. Somewhere in the middle of the manga he was no longer OP, then OP again.
This manga just reek of mary sue. (and it take a lot for me to notice)

Actually one of the best things about this series is how overpowered the main character is, 99.99% of the action types mangas I find you have a main character who is an idiot personnality wise and who is either super weak and gets barely strong enough to fight X then he has to power up again and barely win against Y, he also has to listen to some masters who teach him new skills and stuff and has a bunch of friends who are somehow all geniuses in battle too. ID is different because he is super broken from the start, he is smart and isn't just brawl, he fight with skill, elegance, strength, when I try to think of characters who are good on all levels I can only think of him and maybe Negi from Mahou Sensei Negima, he also is the one teaching others how to fight . I live this series because it's different than the rest, it's not "insert idiot with weak abilities who gets stronger by saying I will protect my friends".

yeah... i know what you're talking about bro...
when i read the manga for the first time, it's like, what the heck did bhu doing rampaging against the old blue ribbon army?
stomping the weak with superior firepower feels real good...
as such, it is a pity that i can't read the original story because i can't read the raws...
