I'm sorry but maybe I am missing it or just simply stupid. But, where do you input the novel title in the app to add it manually? Because I would like to add Tsurugi no Joou to Rakuin no Ko from the pending, but I have no idea where I am looking for to add this into it, then again maybe when I just installed it i just over wrote the root files and not added files somehow. I will reinstall to verify if it is the same.

Open the Novel List, click the menu, select Add Novels.

FYI, if you want to wait, the next release will have Teaser project added in the application :D.

Currently being tested by me. I'll upload the new APK later :D

Nandaka, yea I figured that out now, thanks for walking me through it. I have an issue though, please tell me if it is on my side only now. Gekka no Utahime to Magi no Ou i am trying to add that one or even Tsurugi no Joou to Rakuin no Ko, but I keep having the issue of Novel Does Not Exist keep popping up. Is this only me that is having this issue on this?

For Gekka no Utahime to Magi no Ou:
  • Page = Gekka_no_Utahime_to_Magi_no_Ou
  • Title = Gekka no Utahime to Magi no Ou
For Tsurugi no Joou to Rakuin no Ko:
  • Page = Tsurugi_no_Joou_to_Rakuin_no_Ko
  • Title = Tsurugi no Joou to Rakuin no Ko
Basically, for page: take the portion after ?title= from the url, e.g.: http://baka-tsuki.org/project/index.php ... Magi_no_Ou ==> Gekka_no_Utahime_to_Magi_no_Ou

First off I appreciate the work you do on the new app. I've been having a problem since upgrading to Android 4.2 on my Nexus 7 yesterday. I would be reading a LN chapter and randomly (I would say anywhere between 5-15 min of reading) the app would lag for a second or two then go back to the LN's volume/chapter index. I can't find any action that can particularly replicate this issue and it didn't happen with Android 4.1.2. Just thought I'd give a heads up and see if anyone else is having this issue.

Nandaka, thanks for all the help you have done for me, but I have a question. Are you planning on adding this app to Google Play store so it makes it easier to update for us? I understand if you don't want to add it there I am just curious.

I will add it to the Google Play, now just waiting for proper name and icon for the application.

Possible to get the ADB log? I don't have Android 4.2

The log is here. I included the entire log from the point I started reading the chapter until shortly after the "crash", because apparently the ADB log fields don't work the same way in version 4.2, as all of the application fields were blank in the entire log and com.erakk.lnreader was only in the tags. Also apparently ddms.bat is depricated and monitor.bat is the new ddms. The crash point should be near the end of the log, but maybe that other stuff might help you figure out if there was any interference or something from another app or part of the OS. Basically ADB log stuff has changed in 4.2 from the previous instructions given in this topic.

Change Log for v20121117:
  • Update JSoup library to 1.7.1 and target to 17 (Android 4.2).
  • Update db path resolver.
APK: http://www.mediafire.com/?acoc4d8b2b343bc

Notes:
Please move the db files from

Code: Select all

/mnt/sdcard/com.erakk.lnreader/databases
to

Code: Select all

/mnt/sdcard/com.erakk.lnreader/files/databases
or your sdcard's app storage. This is for handling multiple user support from Android 4.2, see: http://developer.android.com/about/vers ... tipleUsers

@borbmizzet: Hopefully this can fix the problem, I have tested in android 4.2 emulator, but so far I didn't get the error...
