Hmm, since I like HnA so much now and it has provided me with much enjoyment, I figured I should return something to the HnA community as well.
I will go ahead and start editing any typos, grammatical errors or syntactical errors I find in the translations from now on.

Okay, so I at least figured out what we need.

General editors. I'm sure you have noticed loads of errors on my drafts. Yes, I'm not perfect. And if I were to make it perfect...

We will need TLCs. Seriously, I cover as much as possible from my CN raw. In fact, I'd Iike to say I cover 95%. However, I'm not perfect and I do miss out some details.

We need 'backpack proofreaders'. This is because some information may be portrayed inaccurately through fan translations.

Of course, we need translators, duh. But as of now, that isn't top priority.

Ah, thanks for reading this brief note. Please advertise for HnA, in the name of Riko I salute you!

I can help out with editing, no problems there.

However, I think the main issue is with TLCing.

I won't be able to do it, but maybe Hiyono will be able to do it.

Let's just say I've found my way to greener pastures, so I'll have to pass on that.

I think I can get some lurkers to do it. Some guy on Facebook said I didn't TL accurately, according to the CN raws. Undoubtedly I got him to help out a bit.

Let's get this straight. TLC is a luxury that just isn't going to happen. This is precisely why you need to take that extra responsible step to make things accurate. Not guessing what a line means is step 1, just ask someone if needed.

Yeah, I've tried to do that before.
It worked, though it took about a day to get a response.

Aww shucks  . Hope you enjoy yourself over there though:lol:

My suggestion is to just skip that line and proceed with the rest until you get a response. Unless you think it contains really crucial information that you need to know before continuing to translate, if not I doubt it will affect things much.

Whenever you are unsure about something you translated, you can just add in a note there and come back to it after you have gotten a response. You can always try translating it as best you can first, then ask someone to check what you have translated.

Also, you will be translating from Chinese to English, and before that it was from Japanese to Chinese, so some degree of error is to be expected.

Well, try to edit as much as you can! Hope you're proficient in English.
