Generally not good to ask about translation imo. Not sure the exact wording. But the eta is whenever the translators are free since they do it for free. So we just wait and be patient. Thr 17/60 refers to 17/60 pages tranlated, if I understand it correctly.

But what about the uniform?

Perhaps second high have similar uniform, I couldn't find picture, but I remember from anime that few other schools have similar uniform to first high.

This has probably been explained, but I can't remember. How come there are magics only one person can do i.e. Fumiya's Direct Pain? I thought modern magic was like a computer, install the software onto the CAD, supply the psions, and boom - magic. If that's the case, then shouldn't anyone with access to the software be able to do it? I thought the whole point of the CAD was to remove the brain from analyzing and creating magic to make it easier and more accessible.

Because they have different genetics and MCA. Fumiya is a Yotsuba of the same type as Miya and Miyuki so he has his personal Mental Interference magic. Magicians all have their different talents.

But if magic is created through a device then why should it matter what someone's specialty is? Unless magic still needs to be run through the brain, it doesn't make any sense.
