Re: Minami-ke
Well, i dont care who is taking it, i just hope it is going to be good!
God!!
You need not forgive me.
For those I love,
The violence brought about by sinful men
Shall now be used once more.
If you were created to save this world,
If there is a single shred of hope left for the future of mankind,
I am very sorry, but, please begone!

Re: Minami-ke
NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!
sincerely speaking, i haven't watched okawari, because the few minutes I tried to watch it were horrible. i could not deal with that... even character design is not okay... guess Minami-Ke was really good that, when the other studio tried not to seem to much with the previous anime, a little change from Okawari is like dropping a bomb...
you guys who have watched it, shuld i finish it?? you really recommend Okawari??

I'm working on it. Probably have it finished by the end of the weekend. Tell you what I think then.

Re: Minami-ke
Compared to the original series, Okawari is like a second-helping of crap. It is not nearly as funny. They changed the director and some of the staff, which might explain the quality of the series, or rather, the lack thereof. In addition, they changed the character design and personalities to a certain extent, especially when it comes to Chiaki. The series after the first few episodes starts to ramble on like the local high school girl gossip. It is like starting in the middle of Azumanga Daioh and not taking it in doses. (Kids, do not do this at home.) I thought that the series was mediocre at best and just not as funny as it could have been at worst. The third series has to be better or else!
