Its been nearly 2 weeks since april fools, and well over a month since he announced he would translate Rakudai.

I am thinking that frozen's "april fools" was his stating that he would translate Rakudai.

On his website chatlog, it was mentioned that people cheated on the poll (which has been deleted) as well

Seems that he's only going to translate okaa-san, which I don't plan to read.

I seriously doubt that that is the case, in the same chat log, at the same time:

Key part being where they quoted the other person I'm not here to get into an argument, but I think it is probably just slow. I can point to very many translations that are very slow, and would recommend just being patent.

depending on the poll host, simply voting multiple times, using a dynamic ip to vote repeatedly, using a script to mass vote.

KLSymph, I think "Bahamut Soul" was a mistake made by the author.

First time it was mentioned in Vol 6 the kana reading was indeed "Bahamut Soul", but then the second time it was mentioned and after it was changed to "Bahamut Howl" and the kanji changed too. In the next volumes, it still remains as "Bahamut Howl" with the changed kanji.
