Hekiyou Private Academy Student Council Minutes — Only the chosen ones may enter this paradise.

Among the Student Council Members, one male has been elected to become vice president. And, today in the Student Council room, Sugisaki Ken shouted out his love,

"I, in this room full of beautiful girls, will create a harem!"

(However, the response was as cold as the Poles).

And again, today in the Student Council room, the head of the Student Council, Sakurano Kurimu, cried out in her egotistical way,

"I have no interest in ordinary hu-(Feel free to complete this statement)!"

Days went by, spent in meaningless chatter. Maybe they had too much time on their hands; maybe they were just too young to understand. To those teenagers, the ocean of wild delusions is beckoning to them!

And this book is nothing but a small part of the somewhat secretive Hekiyou Academy Student Council's minutes, a record of their daily adventures and thrilling moments.

Rule 3: We are your friends' friends. This is the closest you can get to us.

Rule 4: Our "business" is our top priority.

Rule 5: The "staff" must not involve their personal opinions in any activity.

Rule 6: Disclosure of information is the greatest sin one can do.

Rule 7: Remember, you are not deceiving humans, but are deceiving Gods themselves.

Rule 8: "Morals" are dispensable in the "Project". Everything will be done to the benefit of our "business".

Rule 9: Fundamentally, maintaining the "status quo" of the "Academy" is our core value.
