One of those lines seems to be breaking the translation somehow in-game. The effect is that the game reverts to the original scheme where the name of the speaker is placed in the text box, except it is permanently left as 'Okazaki-san', and all references to Tomoya have been replaced with 'Okazaki-sanOkazaki-sanOkazaki-sanOkazaki-san'. Even if the last name is changed.<br />
