From what has been translated so far, it is clear that [[Suzumiya Haruhi:Volume5 Endless Eight|Endless Eight]] comes after [[Suzumiya Haruhi:Volume3 Lone Island Syndrome|Lone Island Syndrome]]. Lone Island Syndrome is set in mid-July (the beginning of summer vacation), while Endless Eight is set in August (near the end of vacation).<br />
