Hey guy, I noticed that Vol3 ch 1 has an "epilogue" witch is rather strange... is this intended, like in HSDxD?

I have no idea... it was created by another translator... maybe you can ask him?

Tarmade: Hmmm, I think that was because the chinese translator divided the two chapters to 2 parts. So he did it too without knowing that it is all part of chap 1 and not epilogue. I will inform him then.

Hello! Thanks for translating this awesome LN for us! Glad to see that you are a fellow Singaporean too. Now, I will like to ask if you prefer using American English or British English? Since majority of the series has been translated by you, I believe you have the right to decide on which type of English to use. This is because, I have noticed that there are multiple instances within the same chapter where both American and British English is used, and it causes a sort of discrepancy when reading through it. Therefore, I think it will be better if you can decide on one, tell people on this wiki that you are using that one. That way, editors will know what to use as well. Thanks! I have done it. I think it looks more readable now. Oh, I noticed that for Vol 2 certain 'interesting' English words had the Chinese words written beside it. Eg: Sukagi-ya. (醋鍵屋), [Rakuchi] (乐座) and etc. But in Vol 4, it seems there are no Eng words meaning. Eg, 妙觉寺 and etc. In your Names and Terminology, the words too are not in. Himeko is particularly the young girl with black hair. For the chinese terms, if you want to leave them in, please replace the chinese short kanji with japanese long kanji. Hey Tarmade, first of all thank you for all your Oda Nobuna translations.
I started helping out with some basic stuff recently and had a couple of questions.

1. When i was cleaning/updating the ''translator's notes and references'' to work/group nicely on the chapters and full text pages i noticed that the location of the "''Translator's Notice: For more info on updates...''" note varied per chapter (and was sometimes even missing).

Tarmade: Go ahead and add them in. I dun mind at all.

I moved the note to the ''Translator's Notes and References'' because it was not part of the chapter itself ([[Oda_Nobuna_no_Yabou:Volume2_Chapter3|example]]). Rukiabankai indicated that there might be other options (see my talk) or that perhaps you want it moved to a specific location?
Could you give your input on that?

Tarmade: I'm ok with you guys shifting anywhere you like. As long as it is in the page, I do not mind at all.

2. Is the translator note/warning concerning the rough translation on top of various pages really required? Because it is a given that the translations on Baka-Tsuki might be rough or in need of editing.
Tarmade: It's kinda how I do things at the start, I had not put them in the recent updates. Do with it as you like.
3. And lastly am i allowed to expand, add to and edit the current Translator's notes and References? I felt that while reading, some things required additional or improved explaining (with perhaps external references).

I remember actually hesitating when I read that phrase since I wasn't too sure about it. I did consider "The arrowhead was made of gold" but slight problem with that is that gold is an extremely malleable and rare metal so it wouldn't make sense from a practical or economic standpoint to use gold in arrows. I would assume that iron, bronze and copper would be more frequently used or even just sharpened wood/animal bone. An alternate interpretation is that gold refers to golden age rather to arrow and thus it refers to time. Gold could then be referring to The Momoyama Period in Japan—from 1568 to 1615—was one of the most dynamic and energetic eras in the country's history or it might even refer to kyoto or some other place although you would need to see kanji to tell. ==Story Synopsis==

Sagara Yoshiharu finds himself back in time during the Sengoku era. During his first day, he was about to be killed in a battlefield. He is saved by a man named Toyotomi Hideyoshi. The famous Daimyo, General, and Politician who unified Japan and ended the Sengoku era, dies while saving Sagara Yoshiharu. With history completely changed, Sagara Yoshiharu tries to make things right again but it seems that history is taking a different course than the one he learned in his time. Oda Nobunaga, the famed Daimyo is now a brilliant but beautiful young girl named Oda Nobuna.
