Sword Art Online (ソードアート・オンライン, ''Sōdoāto Onrain'') is a light novel series written by Reki Kawahara and illustrated by abec. <br>The series has currently 11 volumes.

It was written as a Web novel with the penname "Kunori Fumio" since 2002, and was published in 2009 at the same time as [[Accel World|Accel World]], in the label Dengeki Bunko.

The flying boat filled with ether continued to glide over the clouds.

The destination was a sanctuary in the Elemental Spirit World – Floating Island «Ragna Ys».

It was the venue for the Blade Dance.

Originally, only the shrine princesses from the «Divine Ritual Institute» were permitted to enter the sanctuary to attend the Elemental Lord.

However, this was open to the general public specifically during the Blade Dance only.

"Oh, this flying boat is so amazing!"

Overlooking the sea of clouds that extended through the window, Kamito was feeling dizzy.

Anyway, it was his first time riding a flying boat.

But as expected from the ladies of nobility, they got accustomed to it as soon as they unloaded their luggage.
