==='''tachi'''===

The tachi is a Japanese long sword which is slightly longer than a katana. It was used primarily on horseback, where it was able to be drawn efficiently for cutting down enemy footsoldiers. However, on the ground, while it was still an effective weapon, it was nevertheless awkward to use. This is why its companion, the uchigatana (the predecessor of the katana) was developed.
==='''Daruma doll'''===

Daruma dolls, also known as dharma, are hollow and round Japanese wish dolls with no arms or legs, modelled after Bodhidharma. Typical colors are red (most common), yellow, green, and white. The doll has a face with a moustache and beard, but its eyes only contain the color white. Using black ink, one fills in a single circular eye while thinking of a wish. Should the wish later come true, the second eye is filled in.

Chances are, you've seen it in anime or manga, but here's a link with pictures: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Daruma_doll
==='''Insalata Caprese'''===

Insalata Caprese (Salad in the style of Capri) is a simple salad of sliced fresh mozzarella, plum tomatoes and basil from the Italian region of Campania. It is seasoned with salt, black pepper, and olive oil. The main ingredients are similar to Pizza Margherita, but are not cooked. The dish represents the main colours of the Italian flag.

==='''Risotto alla Milanese'''===

An Italian dish which includes a specially-prepared rice called 'risotto',
served with chicken or beef stock and saffron, and usually together with
osso buco, a stew made from veal (cattle) bones.
Hi!

I've been following this project since the anime finished airing (to satisfy my addiction ^_^).

I wish I could translate, but my Japanese is no where near good enough for a novel. I would have to look up every second word in the dictionary... I suppose it's still possible, but anyway, there are very good translators already working on it.

I plan to fix typos and improve the flow of sentences, although don't expect anything because I often never end up doing anything that I planned to. (lol the AWOL, MIA, KIA, R&R looks alot like what will happen to me.)
