I'm from China,and as far as I could see 

the 10th line

could be better translated as 
[<0010> \{Sunohara} "\m{A}, weren't you already in bad situation?"] 

and the 11th line 
[<0011> \{\m{B}} "That's not the case here."] 
could be better translated as 
[<0011> \{\m{B}} "I have not gone that far yet."] 
or something else with the meaning that 
"Tomoya think his situation is not so bad as what sunohana's words indicates."

"Panya-san",cannot understand? 
As far as I know, that is just a way that girls' language in Japanese 

Maybe just to be cute,they sometimes add "san" to something that is not human 
And if you have seen the Animation "Kanon",in which Mai did the game Shiritori (しりとり) 
she there always add an "san" to those animals she likes 

So it could just be simple translate as "bread window" or something matchs "Panya"

"nii-chan" did mean elder brother 
but here that aunt just simply judges that Tomoya is older than Kotomi 
and at that time she didn't know Tomoya's name 
so in order to be kind, she calls him "nii-chan" from the angle of Kotomi 
that is also a way which I sometimes use here in China. 

I'm not so good at English,and have not yet reached a good translation,sorry 
just try to understand my word and translate yourself.

In my sense,why Tomoya said so is just because he said same word with Kotomi 
but the response he got is different,he might just be complaining so 

So a translation "Why the reply changed?" may work here.

could be better translated as
[<0010> \{Sunohara} "\m{A}, weren't you already in bad situation?"]

and the 11th line
