Utsuro no Hako to Zero no Maria (空ろの箱と零のマリア, The Empty Box and The Zeroth Maria) is a light novel series written by Eiji Mikage and illustrated by Tetsuo (formerly known as 415). While Utsuro no Hako, often abbreviated as ''Hakomari,'' is Eiji's fourth publication, it is the first to feature illustrations. ==Story Synopsis==


''Utsuro no Hako to Zero no Maria,'' or ''The Empty Box and The Zeroth Maria,'' tells the story of Kazuki Hoshino, who is almost madly attached to his everyday life, and his antagonist Aya Otonashi, who suddenly transfers into his class at the end of the school year—for no less than the 13,118<sup>th</sup> time. Without hesitation, she announces her intent to “break” him. Kazuki's struggle to defend his everyday life begins, and the many secrets it is built on start to come to light.

I'll post it here after I complete my translation of volume 1. My nickname on forum is StriderXB. I like light novels, animu & mango. I know a bit of Japanese (I can read raw manga, thanks god if they have furigana, I HATE KANJI), a bit of English (I prefer reading in English to writing my own sentences) and a bit of German. Of course I also know Polish (duh).

Utsuro no Hako to Zero no Maria (空ろの箱と零のマリア) is a light novel series written by Eiji Mikage and illustrated by Tetsuo (formerly known as 415).

==Story Synopsis==
''Utsuro no Hako to Zero no Maria,'' or ''The Empty Boxes and The Zeroth Maria,'' tells the sinister story of Kazuki Hoshino, who is almost madly attached to his everyday life, and his antagonist Aya Otonashi, who suddenly transfers into his class—for the 13,118<sup>th</sup> time. She majestically announces to “break” him, without paying heed to anyone else around them.

This is but the start of a dark roller coaster ride that turns the two against themselves, the people around them and the one who may be god. Read on as their relationship slowly changes and they go against their most basic values in their struggle against the world itself.

New Baka-Tsuki user. After reading Utsuro no Hako to Zero no Maria I decided to contribute and I'm translating this novel into Polish when I have free time. I'll post it here after I complete my translation of volume 1. My nickname on forum is StriderXB. I like light novels, animu & mango. I know a bit of Japanese (I can read raw manga, thanks god if they have furigana, I HATE KANJI), a bit of English (I prefer reading in English to writing my own sentences) and a bit of German. Of course I also know Polish (duh).

Currently working on:
Utsuro no Hako to Zero no Maria 1 PL.
