Thus sites like churches, congregation halls and Contract Stands can only be founded on corporation and personal spaces, like shops and houses. This is also a recreation of 'hiding', though they still put signs out in reality.

			With this restriction, large-scale movements can be prevented while protecting the religious rights of the people at the same time. Do you understand?
