			:I did some editing and I got the impression that there are two different narrators. One is telling what's happening right now("she turns around", "I go to ..." etc) and the other is somewhere in the future and recalls things("that night, I saw a dream" , "the days passed by"). What I did was have any action and any (unspoken) thoughts be in present tense and only leave stuff in the past where present doesn't work(above examples, or then Tomoya recalls things that are clearly in the past("something like this also happened before the end of last year")). 			CP1252 uses the code point 85 for ellipses, which is unassigned in ISO-8859-1. I'm guessing that this was what Haeleth meant by (ISO-8859-1 with extensions). Why not give it a try?
