If you never encounter Tomoyo (or pretty much never see her), lines 244 - 245 are used instead of lines 115 - 117.<br /> <br /> I believe that this is why lines 244 - 245 are there (and seem completely out of place without being chronological at all.) Bear in mind that lacking Tomoyo&#039;s option also takes out possibilities in SEEN5423 and SEEN5424 (the combination of what activates what is too complicated in this route).<br /> <br /> Since Yukine&#039;s route is one of the shortest, none of the choices seem to affect her ending negatively, but this route has a ton of variation as to what happens in these little fun spell events since it requires certain interaction with those specific characters.</div>
