About the "white thrush", I have yet to see the name cited, but if it´s ''[http://ja.wikipedia.org/wiki/%E3%82%AF%E3%83%AD%E3%83%84%E3%82%B0%E3%83%9F クロツグミ]'' (the closer match I found), then the correct term is ''Japanese thrush''.
