Which means that this confession was not sudden?&quot;<br /> <br /> Yes. Remember that Taichi had already confessed to Iori once in Volume 1, and she had already acknowledged it back then. In volume three he also does another semi-confession to her during the confrontation with Heartseed and she knew it too. Both cases are evidence that the current confession in the chapter wasn&#039;t a &#039;confession out of no where.&#039; It wasn&#039;t like he was confessing to a girl who didn&#039;t know about his feelings.
