			You are quite correct. Such is the nature of translating ambiguous phrases when you don't know what they're talking about. Back then I thought that "she" and "that cat" referred to the same character (pretending to be a sphinx). 			In Part 10, the scene with the shadow villain types (revealed to be members of Akatsuki in the next volume) has this part:

			"I don't need it. You might as well feed it to that cat."

			"Ha ha ha. She'll cry again if you don't call her a sphinx properly."

			I was confused by this, but I think they're referring to the lion Rinna rides on? In that case, the second line should read "She'll cry again if you don't call ''it'' a sphinx properly." But that's just my speculation, as I don't have the Japanese text.
