			Besides the random accusation that this is incomplete, I've to address that I(who's not an admin) said that they have till then(23th Feb) to respond to me, I don't require them to upload anything(yet). The lack of respond would mean that they are under certain circumstances that would not allow them to finish up the work, so I'll free the chapters to allow others to work on it. Note that it's quite unlikely that I'll be working on the chapters in V4.
