Of course, as is often the case in Japanese, the subject is unspecified and open to interpretation. But seeing as Rushella and Hisui already reacted to the name, and the preceding sentence is about Reina looking at where Hisui pointed to, the Chinese translator logically concluded that the reaction belongs to Reina.
