There are two sets of files that do need to be translated; the Kepago source code files (< 1% of translation) and the actual story content files (99% of translation). For now, the Kepago source code files are not ready for public consumption, so the story content files are available for now:

The formatted version of the story content files is merely so that all the dialogue has the dialogue text content all commented out. Things have been set up so that the English text may be inserted easily; even the \m{B} name tag has also been pre-inserted for your convenience.

Here's an easy way to replace all names; say you have...

Simply do a find/replace for "<tt>\{古河} *</tt>" and replace it with "<tt>\{Furukawa} *</tt>". If you do this on everything, all of Furukawa's names should already be inserted for you, while preserving the original Japanese line.

These files can be opened by Notepad or some similar word processing program that will accept UTF-8 as input. They are not in S-JIS for compatibility/universal reasons across all platforms.
