	Just got done talking to a friend who reads Japanese better than me, but is too busy to translate. He helped me fix a lot of the quotes that didn't make sense, which only didn't make sense because I made an error in translating at some point. So it should make lots more sense now. 	*"Rebellion of the Four Empires" - in this one the lit. translation is "Big Messy Riot" which could mean Rebellion, Crisis, War...and to make ~~things worse the hiragana of it is "Tairan" which could jolly well mean "Tyrant" except it's in kanji~~, ~~so that's not as likely.~~

	*Again the blood of the enemy would kiss the swinging sword hung around the waist; the girl and young dragon ran past the columns which ~~blocked slanted stripes of light to form the glorious sun (Sorusu). - not sure how to explain 'gallop' when it's pretty distinct from the text that she's not riding Tsukika. Also, dragons don~~'t ~~gallop...do they? They apparently~~ make ~~cloppy noises though. Ugh.~~ I just figured out what that sentence was. I'll fix it with the next update. And, what is with that first sentence? It could be again, it's more likely to be two times, but then it's not even kiss, it's 'suck'. So, it~~'s like~~

	*At that sight, I bowed even more. - For this ~~one, the part that says 'still more' could very well also mean 'still less'. Which~~ is ~~why I translated~~ it ~~both ways. I assume~~ as ~~I go further I'll get to see Ronier/that redhead's personality come out further, which could help~~ me ~~make the decision...~~

	*"Oh, yeah! Let's get things started!" - Lit. "Mo! Otsu-moi!" and then the rest is ~~obvious...but I'm deciding whether or not I should leave in "Mo!" for flavor text. Of course, this depends on who's speaking. Again, personality...~~

Basically, I want to keep a diary of translation notes for Cradle of the Moon Alicization side story from Sword Art Online, because I don't actually trust my own translation, on subtleties. Here's some of the parts that are very dicey, for me. Also I just want to record some of my reactions, because...sometimes...dafuq. First world translator problems. Yay.

===Prologue + Chapter 1===

Firstly, let me just say, working with that spoiler table, since it doesn't correspond with the Alicization translation (Knights of Virtue?)...is a bit...weird. Also, I swear it wasn't 'Demon World' yesterday... - 09:49 17 October 2012 (CDT)

So, some of these quotes don't really make sense:

*Yet, the head of the dragon is located slightly above the girl's.

*The young dragon's flight name is "Tsukika".' [what's a 'flight name'?]

*girls who use the sword or <<sacred arts>> may be competing against those who came from all over the world and even the Human World
[i feel like this will make more sense when I translate further, because if this is set concurrent to Alicization, then...they shouldn't even know about the Human World. Ugh.]
