			By all means, I think agreeing on a set of guidelines would be best. We just need to be very clear/specific. 	I was unaware of the attempt to stick to past-tense for narrative, present-tense for dialogue. I don't follow the forum so much, because people will express what they want/like to do and they may conflict, but there's no official stance set one way or another. (I wonder what the people who argued for Marielle or Elder Tale would think, if they knew the katakana for the fortress of Seven Falls reads "Sevens Fall.")		I was unaware of the attempt to stick to past-tense for narrative, present-tense for dialogue (and going back to volume 2, I don't see signs of a concerted effort to do this either). I don't follow the forum so much, because people will express what they want/like to do and they may conflict, but there's no official stance set one way or another. (I wonder what the people who argued for Marielle or Elder Tale would think, if they knew the katakana for the fortress of Seven Falls reads "Sevens Fall.")

	That being said, the reason I changed a lot of the tenses back was because I simply felt they were describing things that ARE, and not WERE. The problem I had with past-tense was that (to me), there's an implication that what ever you're talking about has ceased to be that way. Like, if the goblins WERE a threat, that means they no longer ARE one. If the Knights of Izumo WERE the protectors of mankind, it means mankind no longer believes in them.		That being said, the reason I changed a lot of the tenses back was because I simply felt they were describing things that ARE, and not WERE. The problem I had with past-tense was that (to me), there's an implication that what ever you're talking about has ceased to be that way. Like, if the goblins WERE a threat, that means they no longer ARE one. If the Knights of Izumo WERE the protectors of mankind, it means mankind no longer believes in them.
