from context.. back about 100 lines (yeah...) to 2084 ... Ibuki-sensei squats down and embraces her, then picks her up at Tomoya's request (and Ushio's acceptance) .. she holds her throughout the encounter with Yashino-san ... and is still holding her when Fuu comes up ... <br />

maybe the wording is throwing you? .. basically the line says that Tomoya introduces Fuu-chan to Ushio who is being held by Ibuki-sensei .. howevr the line makes no mention of Fuu-chan, it is simply implied.. thus I chose:<br />
