			Also is this the fastest way to both contact and admin and get an administration request serviced? Or is there a better way?

			Sorry about late reply. i've been quite busy with IRL.

			Yeah it's a duplicate. that's my bad, i didn't know how to change the name of the chapter without making it create whole new blank page when i've already uploaded the chapter to BT. so i created the new chapter page with the correct name but i guess that might confuse a lot of people. sorry about that.

			And i'll tkae note of your second concern, thank you.
