Part 1[edit]

Year 200X July 24th

Online Game <Galactic Trader 5>

***Inside***

Inside a personal computer's monitor, a bell rang, signaling midnight. They arrived along with the sound of the bell. Deformed graphics with two heads were seen stepping on a lawn which surrounded an object fitted with a plate carved with <A.C.>—called the Clark monument.[1]

The characters, 3-5 meters in height, each wearing a white robe with a triangle-shaped hood covering them from head to toe with a deep cowl in the hood, which made it impossible to see their faces, came through. They greatly resembled an evil group from America (KKK). The group stood in a circle with an inner circle of four and an outer circle around them of nine standing on a flat obsidian plate, three meters long and one meter raised from the surrounding ground. Touching the surface of the plate, the group looked as though they were <praying>.

In response to the given <Keyword>, the screen dimmed and the De Folie[2] type character disappeared, as a screen for only the gathered group appeared, a fully closed chat-room.

“What happened?”

"[They]", was muttered.

"There were at least two <National Inquiries>, in any case."

"It's horrible."

"Don't get stuck on this," most of the people commented.

"Is there any word from the Japan branch?"

"I've heard it."

The icon of the Japanese flag flashed and new participants came into the chat room.

"This is a grave situation. One I must answer globally."

Politely lined words, no typo.

"You certainly mean that you want our cooperation, right?"

"Roger that."

"Then, our information and personnel..."

"I appreciate it. I'll send the fine details in an email. Finally, everything to the Beautiful Contact society."

The personnel from Japan seemed to be in a hurry.

After all, the time difference between Japan and America was 13 hours. While the one hour meeting started at midnight here, it was only one in the afternoon over there.[3]

"Yes, that's so, everything is for the sake of Beautiful Contact."[4]

"For the sake of Beautiful Contact."

"For the sake of Beautiful Contact."

"For the sake of Beautiful Contact."
