Pending vs. Teaser Project

What is the difference between a Teaser project and a Pending Project? KH changed Teaser Project to pending project... Cloudii (talk) 20:57, 4 February 2014 (CST)

Teasers are generally short translations for gathering interest in a series, but the translator has no commitment or intention to continue. "Pending Project" is more of a category for administrators like Oni to go through, approve and add to the side bar. --Zzhk (talk) 21:45, 4 February 2014 (CST)
