| + | Several years late, but the viewing order depends on the material. Basically, the material collection substories should be read before or after Calamity Trigger but before Continuum Shift. Wheel of Fortune has no needed date, but Hakumen's Continuum Shift story and a part of Central Fiction's ending and Tsubaki's Central Fiction arcade mode references the drama CD. The Phase Shift Novels should be read between Continuum Shift and Chronophantasm, or more precisely before you do Valkenhayn or the other DLC character story modes at least, since his references Celica from Phase Zero. The novelizations Calamity Trigger Part 1 and Part 2 as well as Continuum Shift Part 1 and Part 2 can be thought of the more streamlined versions of the plot of the first 2 games, notably Calamity Trigger Part 1 being an adaptation of Wheel of Fortune's plot. |

Several years late, but the viewing order depends on the material. Basically, the material collection substories should be read before or after Calamity Trigger but before Continuum Shift.
